Twin Consultancy is an engineering firm providing advisory services on project design, tender management and site control.
We aim to be your reliable partner for your projects and create value thanks to our deep expertise.
Twin Consultancy is founded in Istanbul in 2018 by Mustafa Öztop.
Prior to establishing Twin Consultancy, Mustafa Öztop was mechanical team leader at Sweco, a leading engineering firm in Europe. Before Sweco, Mustafa worked for construction of Trump Towers Mall and Acıbadem Akasya Shopping Mall in Istanbul as mechanical project and site engineer. He started his career at GN Muhendislik in 2006.
Mr. Oztop received his BS in Mechanical Engineering from Yıldız Technical University and a Master in Mechanical Engineering from the same school.
